Contact & collaboration

Work with us — in the open.

The right route for researchers, institutions, journalists and partners, and what not to send us.

Direct contact

General enquiries

Write to [email protected]. We aim to reply to organisational enquiries, but cannot respond to individual cases.

Do not send case details

Please do not send complaints, allegations, names, health information or documents about an individual situation — by any route. We cannot act on them and do not yet have a secure, properly governed way to hold them. Students looking for help: see where to find qualified support.

Membership rules

Ground rules

Collaboration on independent terms.

We welcome cooperation with student organisations, universities, quality-assurance and ombuds bodies, researchers, professionals and civil society. Every collaboration respects the same conditions:

  • no partner or funder determines research conclusions, approves publication or can stop it;
  • paid work cannot buy a positive assessment;
  • conflicts of interest are declared, and the person concerned steps aside;
  • we do not describe anyone as a partner or supporter until they have confirmed it publicly.
